Our Founder
Jack Spencer is an flexible workforce specialist with more than a decade of experience working at the intersection of flexible work, technology, and organisational strategy.
Earlier in his career, Jack helped build and scale enterprise solutions at an industry-defining workforce technology company, partnering with global organisations across media, technology, energy, and professional services.
His work focused on turning emerging workforce models into practical, operational reality.
Through Freeflexer, Jack now supports organisations and workforce platforms with operating model design, technology enablement, and go-to-market strategy, bringing a clear, independent perspective shaped by real-world experience.
